SUGGESTIONS ON FLOOR HINGE SELECTION
A. Selection of different models of floor HINGE is mainly based on glass door weight.
B. Calculation of glass weight according to national standard,1mm thick common and toughened glass s 2.5kg per square meter. As to 12mm thick,23m high and 1mwide glass door commonly used in the country at present, the weight shall be 2.3x1x12x2.5=69kg.
C. The weight of the entire door can be got by adding up the weight of all accessories and the weight of glass.
D. lf heavy-duty floor HINGE is chosen for a light-weight glass doo, the cost will increase ,and you cannot obtain good opening effect because it is heavy-duty
E. lf floor HINGE with inadequate weight bearing is chosen to reduce project costs ,t will directly influence service life of floor HINGE.
F. For an outside door taking wind power into consideration ,twin-cylinder floor HINGE should be chosen regardless of door sizes.
G. In cold area floor HINGE with anti-freeze hydraulic oil injected should be chosen ,so as to prevent malfunction of floor HINGE at a very low temperature.
